Hey People

Hey People, Im Tom, i guess i have the same story as a lot of people on here, thin as a kid, fat as a teenager and into 20's (topped 19 st), then by mid 20's dropped to 12 st and built some muscle, probably about 12% B/F with resting heart rate of 43 bpm but could never build any more, then got married had kids and 4 years later im back to 14 st with body fat of about 27%, so joined a gym again and looking for help and advice from the pro's on here, been training hard for 8 weeks now, taking a different shape but cant shift weight or B/F at all and cant think why, looking forward to chatting to some of you guys and gals on here, been checking the site for a while and looks like a great forum for honest advice.

Hi Tom. With regard to shifting weight - have you posted your diet in the relevant sub-forum for critique?
