Hi there all, just wanted to introduce myself. Im Rick, 32 and fed up of being body concious so its time to hit the gym and get the eating right. To start with im going to be cutting as i need to lose about 2 maybe 3 stone. If i can do this over the course of a year without losing too much bulk ill be over the moon. Been reading loads in the beginners section which is a great help to me, but a question if i may. I would love (as im sure people have posted loads before) to get to the size Gerrard Butler is in 300/Law Abiding Citizen) but how do you accomplish this when it says he worked out like 6/8 hours a day for it? Much the same as the new Conan fella. From what ive read here once a week with the right lifts on each muscle group and eating a shed ton of the correct foods with the right amount of protein is the right way to go? Thanks for reading and ill be bugging you all for info in the future if you dont mind, Rick
