Thought I would take time to check out your place.
I am a soft tissue therapist specialising in myofascial work ART, MAT's, etc etc at the cutting edge of soft tissue research with elite sprint and jump athletes in the UK. I also count Mr OLIVER (Oli) PRICE the current UKBFF heavyweight champion and hopefully overall this weekend as one of my clients hence the reason for the post.

Would like to perhaps where time allows get involved with offering some advice on maintaining or promoting the importance of the fascial system for Bodybuilders. This could be an exciting era in a new way of thinking and effecting our myofascial systems effectively producing a more integrated body and therefore athlete. Some will be aware but perhaps not to the degree that anatomy is being re written to take account of the latest scientific findings.

Oh and I have plenty of time under the bar around 30 years or so but not as a bodybuilder more for strength and power to supplement athletic training. However it was the inspiration of the Arnold/Franco etc era many years ago that fuelled my original imagination.

I work to improve the performance manually of the connective tissues and muscular system for athletes and general public using a variety of techniques and take an approach which is slightly differing from the mechanistic standardised way of addressing structural issues.
