Hi Everyone. I am on here to say that i am not into Body Building, i am a Marketer and i have just created my first blog about Body Building . The reason i'm not into Body Building, its the old age thing at 58 the body is too worn out.Any way i would be grateful if you would take the time to have a look and leave me any comments Thank You Best wishes spoton
