Hi all from Sheffield.
Just wanted to say hello after recently joining the site, am 31 years old from Sheffield the steel city :p and am just starting out training more seriously, already have a fairly large natural build to work on anyway and am seeing improvment after only a few weeks training so for now am hoping to build muscle for a while and then maybe in 12 to 24 months start burning off some fat.
Anyways...... Hi all
Ps.... Big thanks to Zack Khan who is also from Sheffield and is doing good things in the body building community here, and Dorian Yates have enjoyed wathicng his blood and guts videos.
