Hi all, Just getting back to the gym after a year off, looking to pack some size back on. Just finished a push, pull, lower routine training every other day; trining each muscle every 6 day 8-12 reps for upper body. 10-15 reps for lower body. not the best scheme but was good for getting me back into the gym. Goint to stick with same split change some exercises and use various rep ranges within the same workout. If anyone else uses a varied rep scheme within the same workout let me know what it is :P as i have not yet planned mine. Im currently using a zinc supplement to help improve body composition (hopefully), and act as an anti aromataze - so im told.
