Hi guys New to the forum, not so much new to training, I have been training for about 3 years now, but was never getting anywhere lol I have now revamped my training times and definitely putting the time in now as Im determined to get some good results! My diet was crap before, wasnt eating no where near enough good food and simply wasn't training hard enough. Since then I have put my self on an eating / training plan along the lines of: mon-fri : up at 6:15am 6:30 - 30g serving of MP total protein 100g oats 7:30 - 8:30 training 9:00 30g serving of MP total protein 100g oats 10:30 banana + orange 12:30 200g chicken breast small portion of wholegrain rice good serving of fine beans and kidney beans 3:30 30g MP total protein 100g oats 5:30 evening dinner along the lines of: salmon fillet fine beans / brocolli / carrots etc 2/3 small new potatoes etc 8:00 30g MP total protein 50g oats 10:00 bed so far this is working well, although I have only being doing this for 2-3 weeks now, but definately can feel more energy in the the gym in morning and can feel a good energy supply throughout the whole day. Im training mon - fri using a different muscle group each time, along the lines of : Mon - Chest + Tri's Tues - Upper / Mid Back and Biceps Wed - Lower back and legs Thurs - abs Fri - Shoulders Any recommendations / advice etc is welcome Thanks, Andy

Welcome Andy. I'd advise you to post up in the diet and routine sections to gain more exposure to your questions. Welcome to the site.
