Hi, I've been reading and watching threads on this forum and a number of others for a while now and have found some of the topics very interesting and informative. I'm 26 years old and train anything from 3 to 6 days a week , depending on my goals and my available time. Im 5 foot 9 (maybe 5, 10) and 13 and half stone and about 12-13% body fat. I have been training on and off since I was about 16-17 but had about 7-8 months off the year before last due to other commitments. I have now been back at it hard for just over a year and plan on never taking such a long time off again. I enjoy training and am serious about my goals which are to bulk a bit more but keep definition and propotion. I'm by no means an expert or a 'know all' so any advice that you guys can give would be greatly appreciated . I look forward to talking with you all Thanks :)
