Hi all,
I'm 21 and at uni in Bristol, currently on work placement. I've been training for about 6 months now so I'm still really new to it all. I signed up to learn as there's so much knowledge available online! I'm 6`4 and currently weigh bang on 15 stone. Looking to get bigger and leaner. Also looking to start boxing / BJJ / Muay Thai / MMA training at a reasonably local gym in the near future.
My current stack is:
Jack3d (does nothing to me.....I think... can't really tell tbh)
Animal Pak
Reflex One Stop Xtreme (coming tomorrow, trying it switching from USN Muscle Fuel Anabolic)
Also looking at getting some BB Warehouse Casein as I've read it's quite good for the money.
Seems like a lot but as I share the shopping / cooking with my housemates it's difficult to get a good healthy diet, so I supplement a lot of nutrients out into...errr...supplements.
Going to be looking for training tips, as well as new stack ideas. Open to all advice!
