Hi,
Came across this forum whilst searching for various things and it struck me as more friendly and less flaming than other similar sites, so decided to join!
Bit about myself- I'm 34, 5'11", 210 lbs and have trained on and off most my adult life without ever really taking it too seriously.

I'm planning in the next few months to step it up quite a lot and really focus on good training and good nutrition and supplements. My aims are really to feel fitter, stronger, healthier.
Am hoping to find useful information and advice from this site, so look forward to seeing y'all on the forums!
