Hia! I'm a 26 y/o female based in the South West, been training off and on now for about 4 years or so but it's always been a bit intermittant, however am really hoping to start taking it to the next level now for both personal and employment reasons (really hoping to start training towards a fitness qualification). My main form of exercise is running; on average it's two or three 10ks over the duration of the week, then sometimes a slightly longer x-country/trail run at the weekend. I do try to do some resistance and weights in the form of kettlebells, but sometimes this is only once or twice a week I'm hoping to get some good advice and tips on nutrition and training so I can up my game, and who knows I might even be able to share some of my own with you guys! Thanks all x
