Really pleased to join the forum need as much help as posible read loads of great information already. my name is Craig i am 46 dont know where all the years went  and i have just started to train in the last 2 months after 10 years of doing nothing . The reason being i had a serious motorbike accident and after 4 years of operations and not being able to use my leg it was amputated below the knee but i am determined to get in shape or as good as i can . Im 6'4" and have gone down from nearly 20 stone to 16.5 still want to shed a little more but getting there. sorry if i went on too much will post pics when i find out how . Craig

hi everyone iv just joined.im 31 6,4 17 stone bin training 14 year!!i had a year lay off after birth of my beutiful girl.now im hard at it and thinking of entering the classic class next year so any info would be great and how do you start a new post????

competing i the classic class help and info.
thinking of doin classic class next year wot is my maximum weight at 6ft 4
i have my diet in checkbut unsure of the right gear to use
was thinking 4iu growth twice a day with insulin
masteron winny maybe trem and t3 and clenbuterul
