Hi! I finally got this and looking forward to starting it...

Just a quick question. Is there anything I can replace the green tea with? Not been something I like...

More questions.

Do I have to have everything int he breakfast box?Don't really want the apple really.

For the lunch list B I am struggling to work out what to have. The best I can work out is maybe a tuna salad but with no bread or pasta it seems difficult to me. Any suggestions?

For the dinner list B do I have to have something out of the last section like ice cream and red wine? Seems like they are not as good for you but maybe I am wrong?

I re-read the exercise bit and how much cardio do you suggest and should that be done every day with the weights on just 3 days?

Any recommendations on which cereal bars and glucose drinks are good?

Also what if I want to go to the gym in the morning? How does that affect the plan?

If you don't like it, simply have normal tea or water. Have you tried flavoured green teas?

ANd is 3 times a week enough for the gym routine?

4 would be better, but if it's all you can do, then fine - but train hard!

Do I have to have everything int he breakfast box?Don't really want the apple really.

Have another item of fruit

For the lunch list B I am struggling to work out what to have. The best I can work out is maybe a tuna salad but with no bread or pasta it seems difficult to me. Any suggestions?

I'll get someone to give you some ideas here

For the dinner list B do I have to have something out of the last section like ice cream and red wine? Seems like they are not as good for you but maybe I am wrong?

Correct, but these are designed as a 'treat'

I re-read the exercise bit and how much cardio do you suggest and should that be done every day with the weights on just 3 days?

I'll get Mark to answer this

Any recommendations on which cereal bars and glucose drinks are good?

I can't name brands, but any cereal bar you buy form the shops is cool, or make your own. A leading commercial brand of glucose drink is fine - or simply add dextrose powder to water

Also what if I want to go to the gym in the morning? How does that affect the plan?

What time in the morning?

why not try a simple mixed leaf salad with cherry tomatoes and a few olives mixed with sliced chicken breast cooked with herbs de provence

or my favorite virtually noncarb lunch is stuffed pepper pots with cottage cheese and spinach

Any recommendations on which cereal bars and glucose drinks are good?

the Jordans fruesli bars are good. as for glucose drinks, supermarket own brands work quite well compared to their retails counterparts, cheaper too

Awesome! Thanks for the replies. I'll post to let you know how I get on.

As for the gym I often go at about 6am but I can go in the evening to stick with the plan. Still unsure what to have for the Dinner B but the salad sounds nice but I don't like Cottage Cheese! I'll have a think but any other suggestions are welcome!

Go at 6am unfuelled and have breakfast afterwards.

Just bought this and sorting out what to buy tomorrow when shopping

I have been out the game for about a year and a bit now due to an illness which now has passed. I am not a fan of green tea as a drink. Is it ok to use supps to replace this as a drink. If so are capsules ok and should 1 capsule be taken for each point in the program where it states green tea? Thank you :)

Hi there

Caps are ok - have them with normal black tea. The amount will vary from brand to brand - so use as directed

Have you tried green tea infused with mint or lemon though...?

I was hoping the Green Tea caps would replace any need to drink tea LOL. I am not a fan of Tea. Coffee yes, tea no. I guess I could try the flavoured ones? So if caps are used you need to take with your standard tea? Thanks for the quick reply

If you like coffee then that's fine too. Or neither/none! Just water. Sorry for the confusion - just take them with water

Ahhh cool. Cheers for that. So basically following the serving details for the specific brand. So for example myprotein say 1 capsule is 1 serving. I take 1 capsule EVERY time it mentions a cup of green tea. I think though I might give the infused tea a crack.

So coffee at the same time as Green tea cap is ok? I do like the odd cup of coffee I have skimmed milk and dont have sugar either.

Thanks James :)

One last question or two (sorry) the day with Bananas do these have to be for every time. Or can you say have banana, orange and an Apple?

Also can you supplement Muesli for something like Oats or does that just feck up the balance. Cheers

Unsweetened museli is fine - where it's just oats, nuts and dried fruit

Another quick question.

Some meals say to have Coffee/Tea I assume this is kind of optional? I know the green tea is important (On a side note infused green tea isnt too bad). Does it matter if I have maybe one cup of coffee or maybe two at different times or say one extra?

Cheers

The tea and coffee are optional - just don't have too many
