High's Journal - This is just the start!

Hello everyone been on here a while and trained for 3 years and not really been strict attal... hence only gaining 1st or a bit more. So im really going to turn things around now! i will be trying my best to post each day what i have had to eat and the days i train i will write down what i lifted etc.... so stats: 6ft 10st10 21 Years old (I know my stats are bad haha but im really just starting ha) Training: We have two routeins(one full body,one push/pull) Routein 1 Full Body Monday (At Gym) Flat bench press Close grip bench press Hanging dips Lat pulldowns or Pullups Leg press Shoulder press Crunches Zbar bi curls Wednesday (At home) Squats Calf raises Deadlifts Front and side shoulder raises Chest flys Tri extentions Bi mix (Curls,Hammers,Preacher) Crunches Friday (At home) Bent rows Millitary press Lunges Pushups Close grip pushups Crunches Routein 2 Push/Pull Monday Push(Chest/Tris) (At Gym) Flat bench press Incline Bench press Decline bench press Tri extentions Chest press Dips Pull downs Flys Crunches Wednesday (Legs/Shoulders)(At Home) Squats Calf raises Millitary press Lunges Front/side raises Crunches Dumbell side bend Friday Pull (Back/Bis)(At Home) Deadlifts Bent rows Traps Forarm curls Bar curls 21's Crunches Diet: 7:30am 3weetabix 1boiled egg 11:00am Cheese & pickle sarnie on brown seeded bread or Turkey salad sarnie on brown seeded bread Fruit 2:30pm Egg, cress, tomato & spring onion sarnie on brown seeded bread or Natural peanut butter sarnie on brown seeded bread 5:00pm Tuna sarnie on brown seeded bread or Tuna sweetcorn omelet or Tuna, colsaw jacket potato Fruit Protein shake after workout. 7:00pm Chicken breast & tomato & basil pasta or other Natural yogurt and fruit 10:00pm Tin of tuna or Other Goals: To get to where i am happy (12st-ish) Arms are my main goal at the moment! I will post my diet and routein tomorrow and keep going from there so you can see what i lift and what i eat exactly. Will also put up a pic and the type of protein i use. Any help would be greatly appriciated as i know i need it :( haha Cheers in advance!

Ok so today we did full body so i will write my diet for today and my gym sesh, i will also post a pic up by the weekend. Routein 1 Full body Wednesday Squats and calf raises 10X70kg 10x80kg 10x90kg 10x95kg Deadlifts 10x70kg 10x80kg 9x80kg 10x85kg Front raises 10x5kg(each db) 10x5kg(each db) 10x5kg(each db) 10x5kg(each db) Side raises 10x5kg(each db) 10x5kg(each db) 10x5kg(each db) 10x5kg(each db) Bench flys 10x6kg(each db) 10x6kg(each db) 10x6kg(each db) 10x6kg(each db) Seat dips 10x20kg 10x20kg 10x20kg 10x30kg Bicep curls 10x11kg(each db) 10x11kg(each db) Hammers 10x11kg(each db) 10x11kg(each db) Diet: 8am 3 weetabix 10am cheese pickle sarnie in brown seeded bread 11am richmond sausage sarnie in white bread and another half of the above sarnie 1pm kitkat lemon cream cake 3pm ready salted crisps peanut butter sarnie in brown seeded bread kitkat 8pm chilli con carne at 10pm i will be having a tin of tuna i know its not perfect but im trying to eat as much as poss and because of my job i can only eat when we have time and i know its not the cleanest diet but im trying haha it use to be much worse :) cheers

Diet today so far: (once again not the best) 8am 3 weetabix Bulberry muffin 11am Cornbeef pie with peas 3pm Cheese and pickle sarnie on brown seeded bread 6:15pm peanut butter sarnie in brown seeded bread kitkat and a drifter 8pm Pasta with mince, tomato and basil sauce shoulg i start adding drinks in aswell?

Ok been a bit of a bad weekend on the diet side of things so i think i will post my diet on the diet section and routine on the routein section and see if i can get some help. starting routein 2 (push/pull/legs) from monday so hope to gain a little bit from the change over. Also been looking into supplement side of thing and fancy buying this: Lean Mass Gainer(pro elite) Donk know if this is good protein or not? ZMA (for good recovery/sleep) BCAA's (not really sure what they are for yet need to do some research) L-Cartinine (same as above haha) Glucosamine (for joints) Cod liver oil (for joints) Creatine (Super pump 250 or possibly a tablet form type) Test boosters (dont know if these work or not or what ones to get and how to cycle them) And i have also been toying with the idea of anavar or turanabol tablets but not too sure yet. Will update with a picture later.
