Hip pain when doing a Single Arm Row cable with upper body twist - 09 November 2009 18:16 ( #1 )
Hi there.

Is it normal to have pain around the hip region when doing the Single Arm Row with the cable, whilst twisting your torso?

This is the first time I have done it, and not sure whether it is the muscles working, or an abnormal pain.

Thanks.

No shouldn't be painful. I would have an ask in th gym if and instructor can have a look at what you're doing.
