Home made tuna patties

I'm loving these tuna patties at the minute... Makes 2 Servings Ingredients - - 16oz. can tuna, drained
- - 1 egg white, beaten
- - 2 tablespoon of oatmeal
- - 2 tablespoon of onion, diced (or 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder)
- - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt & pepper
Directions 1. Mix all ingredients except cheese together in a small bowl 2. Heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray 3. Make two small patties and cook until both sides are brown (Great with a little bit of cheese melted on top)!! Nutritional Facts(Per Serving) Calories: 144 Protein: 25g Carbohydrates: 4g Fat: 2g

This does sound nice, prob throw in some chilli, are they dry though, tuna tinned is really dry.

I just tried them with some Thai chilli sauce... Awesome man! They can be a bit dry if you're tight on the oil or dry fry them. that's why I throw some cheese on it or from now on Thai chilli sauce.

Cooked mine in the oven, then topped with flax oil(after cooking). Made a great snack! Thanks.

Thanks for sharing, made these last night and there really nice. Added some sweet thai chilli sauce to the mix to give them a kick and worked well. :)
