Carrots with ice cream won't work for me :S

    Here's what I do:

    500 ml milk
    2 Bananas
    2 Raw Eggs
    2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
    6 Tablespoons of Raw Oats

Blend them and you get 1000 calories and about 50-60g of protein, lots of healthy fats to go with them too.

At the moment my evening drink contains

          1 scoop off unflavoured whey
          2 bananas
          3 apples
          10 green grapes
          100 grams of porridge oats
10 grams of egg white powder
          desert spoon off olive oil
          tea spoon of flax oil
          5 grams l glutamine
          500 ml cold water.
          and that's my drink.

Taste great but don't drink to fast as can get acid intergestion.

Dont like peanut butter otherwise that would be in there.

Boy, most of them are way to many (wrong) calories for me.It would be interesting if you would all do a macro break down of the different shakes.

I have now added some buckwheat and taken out a banana much better sometimes add a low fat vanilla yoghurt as well and a hand full of cashew nuts, get it down ya.

Barndoor  to many (wrong) calories? only if your cutting / dieting if the calories fit in your diet then all of these drinks are good solid drinks.
I find it hard to eat so many fruits in one sitting so i have them in drink form with some good fats and protein wash it down in 10 mins.

I am surprised that very few people have put there drinks up on this so far come on guys and girls where's ur homemade thickie shakes.
