How do you all Supplement?

Hi i am new to supplements and am aware of there benefits problem is so much choice, So was wondering what you guys use and why? I currently use Reflex One Stop Extreme one morning and one after training. Many thanks Karl

Hey mate. I would suggest that you at least add to this a good multivitamin supplement to make sure you get all the vits and minerals you need and also a good Omega 3 supplement. On top of that it all depends on your goals!

A good multi-vit as above and it is optional to take things like pre and intra workout products

Assuming your diet is sorted....then, if you're serious with your training, whey is always a great addition especially post workout. Creatine is another great addition. I have additionally, Milk Protein Isolate, ibcaas, L-Glutamine, Reflex Nexgen caps, and Asenta Omega 3 caps (they're pharmaceutical grade  )

I think a must is a good protein powder, yes you can get enough protien from whole/solid food, but a decent powder makes it alot easier. Other than that i use creatine and glutamine. and bcaa's intra workout. multi vitamin supps can be good if you are lacking in anything but with a good diet this shouldn't be a problem.

whey, fish oil, maltodextrin, creatine, multivit are the staples.

first thing, multi vit without iron, vit c, vit d, glucosamine hcl pepsin and betaine before every solid meal 2 x fish oils with every solid meal protein blend before training bcaas intra creaine, whey, green tea extract post workout casein heavy blend pre bed then zma beta alanine and cissus split 3 times during the day

No probs whitesnake, I just ordered another bottle myself, might do a poliquen acid test soon to see if its helped Coop.83- I would advise to make your own, this way you can adjust it perfectly to fit what you need for that particular time/day/situation

Think i am going to stock up on a few things. What protein powder do you guys recommend wpc or wpi? Some creatine mono. Instant oats. Probably some casien for bedtime. Any thing else i can add?
