Asking I've just received mine from BBW and wondering how people take theirs? Just mix witth shake or mix on its own with water? Or maybe another mixture?

It doesnt go with milk.

The latter improves DAA's efficacy, according to Patrick Arnold, by stimulating NMDA receptors.

Unlikely... I take about 6g a day as it really improves my mood! In warm water before bed. Neck it. It doesnt mix very well though, always some powder left in the bottom!
