Currently doing 5x5 but I've read a few posts stating that its not the best rep range for mass so I'm changing to 3x8, how does this look?

Monday
Deadlifts - 3x8
BB rows - 3x8
Barbell curls - 3x8
Shrugs - 3x8

Wednesday
Bench press - 3x8
Skull crushers - 3x8
BB shoulder press 3x8

Friday
Back squat - 3x8
Stiff leg deadlift - 3x8
Calf raises - 3x8

    Looks good to me mate, would have shrugs in before curls and would probably add in something else for chest, maybe add in dips for wednesday too.

      Thanks mate, I work out at home so can't do dips. I wanted to add chins which would ideally fit into Monday but I'll be knackered after that lot, would it be ok to do them on Friday?

        ahh fair enough if you cant do dips, would like something else though personally maybe an incline press would be possible?

        Pull-ups should be fine on friday, dont see a problem with that

            would do shrugs before curls or after shoulders on wed
            would do pull ups on mondays
            would do shoulder press before skulls

            ever tried bench dips?
            i workout at home and i do them
            hands on bench - feet on chair
            weights on upper legs if you want to
