I strarted at 14stone dead last Monday I was 13 st 1. Height is 5 ft 8

Diet help...started couple weeks ago just cut out all the rubbish really. So far it's been Good no chips or kebabs. But its my first time dieting... So there proberly loads of holes... It looks kinda like this....

Breakfast 7ish... Protein shake (all my shakes are 40g of protein) mixed in with 40g oats
10.30 tin of tuna (130g) and banna
11.30 weights protein shake on completion with 5mg creatine.
1ish chicken salad normally 150-200g chicken plain
3ish fruit normally banna or apple. 200g of pineapple (fresh) sometimes to change it up.
6.30ish tea 200g chicken/turkey/steak with carrots and brocalli
8-9 two poached eggs in slice of brown tiny bit is spread...

Any changes I should make?
weights 4 times week
cv 3-4 if cv day

Iv upped my water in take and iv added multiple vitamins

I have been drinking 4-5 cups of tea. I cut the sugar out when i first started to diet. Trying to replace them with green tea or red bush... See how that goes.

    My goal is to get body fat around 15% was 30 ish wen I weighed 13 st 1

      how heavy are you now?? how often do you train? weights/cardio

        For a start i'd add some other carb source at 10.30 to fuel your workout and move the banana to post workout.

            i added a oat cake in and moved the banna. i dont really want to add anymore carbs in thaqn that but if i start to feel like i need them i will.
             
            regarding fats how much should i add in and what do you recomened.
