How is my training? 03 February 2012 22:27 (permalink)
I currently train:
Mon - Chest
Tues - Back
Wed - Rest
Thu - Legs
Fri - Shoulders
Sat - Bic & Tris
Sun - Rest

I started training at 115kg and 173cm, and I'm now down to about 89kg but I seem to have stopped.

Do I need to introduce cardio or is my fat loss still down to my diet? I eat pretty well avoiding any snacking, eating lean meats and just a bit of rice for carbs.

My lifts have progressed from say 30kg to 60kg on flat bench and 20kg to 55kg on Seated OHP. My deadlifts have gone to around 110kg.

All those are for working sets of around 7/8/9 reps.

Any advice on how I can increase my fat loss, or even get started losing again?

Only sups I'm on is standard whey after a workout.

Without looking at your diet and your workout in detail, generally speaking you could start including cardio yes...you're training five days a week at the moment with weights - you could either tag cardio onto say three of these days for 20 mins for example, or, change your routine so that you're doing a major+minor muscle group freeing up a couple of those days for purely cardio..

    So, 1. chest+tri's  2. back+bi's 3. back+shoulders 4. legs.

Then dedicate two days for cardo 30-40 mins..
