How long do you cut/bulk for?

Not sure which section this belongs in, but here goes - I've been training now for about six months, gone from 72kg to 81kg. Now I can tell that I've put on some muscle, but also some of my trousers are getting a little difficult to fasten as well. I'd like if possible to carry on adding muscle, but if possible not any more fat, is it doable?

Been bulking for a year, took a month off in the middle. Plan to cut for up to 16weeks.
