How long should we stay on. And what is waist of gear !!

I want to know what u guys think about this topic ? I have done many cycles. And to me it seams that i stop gaining after 6-8 weeks. So why stay on gear for 10-12 weeks. If i not put on any more weight ? Know some say that its more easy to keep more gains. From staying on for a longer period. And that ur body getting used to be biger then normal. Then if u just do a short cycle. What u guys think about this ?

If your not gaining you probably need to look at your diet, eat more as you gain more. But to answer your question it depends what compound your running but I have no problems running long courses. Minger

When you genuinely reach the point of diminishing returns and have done the usual dietry adjustments, then it is time to come off mate. Your body will always attempt to achieve homeostasis as it doesn't like gaining muscle weight so will release catabolic hormones in response to the excess anabolic hormones to balance things out. The point where this happens varies from one person to another, so while some see this after 6 to 8 weeks others can make progress for 10 to 12 etc. You really need to work it out for yourself where you fit and adjust your cycle lengths accordingly as it is pointless banging more gear in whilst not making progress, much better to come off, run PCT and then start over again. Thats how I see it mate.................... Bigfella.

No worries mate. Another angle people use is the blast/cruising method, so instead of coming off they run a reduced dose for a period of time to allow the level of catabolic hormones to lower etc whilst still maintaining, then blast again with higher doses to maximise the effects of the sudden increase in anabolic to catabolic hormone ratios. Longest cycle I did was 9 months. Didn't plan to be on that long but it just worked out like that with bulking, then wanting to cut for holidays etc. I agree with what big fella says about reaching a point where our bodys no longer want to gain more muscle. I was eating loads and really forcing the cals down and I could no longer keep gaining. It definately helps to either come off for a bit (even if just a few weeks) and even though ive not done it, im sure or B + C would offer similar benefits.

Bigfella. Are u now referring to TRT ? And to do a low dose of test. Like 250mg every 10 days or something. I have never been on TRT. And thought that was just for old guys. Who really needed testosterone replacement therapy. Thanks.

Personally I still prefer to come off and run PCT but many guys follow long cycles of blast/cruise as their preference. Bigfella.

Ive recently switched my approach to an 8 on/4 off, so i blast on short esters for 8 weeks then drop everything and run nothing but hcg and clomId for 4 weeks, then I'll blast again as soon as everything is in place for the next one. Also use hcg 'on cycle' Purely about maintaining testicular function for me. Don't see the point in cruising tbh, most people cruise for a shorter period than it would take long esters to even clear so it's futile, I just come off AAS for short periods. Cruising the wAy some people do just strikes me as plain odd, ask them why they're cruising and listen to their reasons and 9 out of 10 times their cruise approach doesn't or is unlikely to accomplish any of it.
