this is a weekly exercise routine I do.
I'm concerned I'm not getting enough in and would appreciate some rough figures:
Monday. 1 1/2 hrs bjj (30 mins flat out rolling) lunchtime
Tuesday 1 hr private bjj lesson lunchtime Evening 40 min run followed by strong lifts 5 x 5
Weds 1hr lunchtime bjj lesson lunchtime
Thurs same as Tuesday
Fri 1 hr rolling bjj evening
Sat 1hr run followed by 5 x 5 strong lifts
Sun 1 1/2 - 3 1/2 hr run
Running is for a marathon in May
Bjj is because I love it
Strong lifts because I like lifting and it does benefit the other 2
Timing can't be changed due to family/work commitments and I like the schedule tbh so just want a rough idea of calories you think I'll be needing
I'm 40 years old 85 kg
40 minute run followed by strong lifts burns off 750 calories
Longer runs generally 850 per hour
