I weighed in a skinless/boneless chicken breasts uncooked at 200g, how much protein does it contain once cooked (grilled)?

The figure of 20g protein from 100g chicken is based on its cooked weight. If they are cheap breasts, once cooked 200g will most likely become 150g. Less protein therefore...

I find most measurements given are raw weights TBH, mate.... nonetheless, as TIO says, how ever much protein is in them before cooking will not change during cooking

MrNatural a good guide for all meats is 21-23g of protein per 100g raw weight its the same protein level but because water is lost the percentage increases so vs being 21-25% its up to 33-35% due to mass being lost in the form of water

If you ignore the percentages of protein and only weigh things and deal with them when they're raw it's a lot simpler.
