Just looking for an estimate ball park figure?

half way from the end to the middle :)

3500calories in 1lb of fat, so theoretically a deficit of that per week will yield a fat loss of 1lb.

i dropped 5lb today - my toe still hurts :) !!!!

Ya 10-12 lbs on the scales at least.
Hell if you go from eating the world to say a PSMF or super low carb diet, the scales can drop 16-20lbs IME.

I dropped 6lbs in a day LOL, magic.

Now actualy fat, prob 2-3lbs a week.

Really depends on your diet/cardio/current weight/How carbed up you are(What youve eaten past few days).
