Hi there i'm 21 years of age, always been interested in strongman and always wanted to be one.
But never know where to start with it.

I'm 5ft 9inch's tall and weigh 18 Stone.
When i was around 15 - 16 years of age i used to go to the gym with my dad. But cos i was young wasn't really into it.

If there's anyone out there who could point me in the right direction i would much appreciate it.
