John, keep going, eat clean and at the right times, no reason you should loose the muscle you have put on.  Train around the injuries, do cardio at steady state you won't be sacrificing the muscle.

    ARRRGGHHHHH

Could be looking at the first drop out here !

Everything seems to have come to a stand still and i cant decide what the hell i should be doing - had a good three weeks after a late start (new year to blame)

managed to get an extra 10 - 12lbs on a cycle of SD, all weights went up, PBs comming out my ar.se every day - however now SD cycle and PCT finished, i am in a limbo of what to do and eat.

Trying to cut but dont want to eat less - want more muscle but dont want to eat more. need more CV but dont want to sacrafice my weight sessions as getting better.

Then bloody old tennis elbow injury starts niggling, then today i pulled a little muscle in my chest (bruffen and diclofenic sorting that)

still no great body shape and no idea where i am going - may just take up darts !

But apprt from that - hope everyone else is comming along well and to plan

John, you're a soldier right?  Well, as your officer, I order you to continue and not drop out!

I've knocked the Cornettos I was having one a day of before Christmas on the head and have not been drinking much but have hardly made it into the gym this year.  Tomorrow is 5 weeks until my 2 week holiday so will be starting proper tomorrow and trying to do 30 mins of cardio each day from now until then.  Don't want to be fat no more!
