Meal 2 is usually straight after wo as I am usually starving after pushing as hard as I can I just consume the shake on the way home from the gym as a bridge to keep me soaking up the nutrients until I can get something cooked Have been toying with the idea of tinned pineapple or something like that as a fast carb after wo what you think?

i use ground oats in my shake for quick digesting carbs, nice and easy just add it to your shake like a scoop of protein, its quite cheap too.

Why do you eat so many meals? You must have a lot of free time. For critique I'd say reduce protein some what, there's no benefit to eating 300g a day. 1g/lb is sufficient, more than that is down to preference and upwards of 300g is overkill IMO. Perhaps take out some protein, add some carbs and/or fats as well as some veg, there seems to be none.

Not much in the way of veg I have so many meals because I am awake from 5.30 until 10 pm and I am hungry quite a lot!!!!! I run my own business so can eat when I please so that's an advantage Really must eat veg I will add them in with evening meals Will maybe drop some protein and add plenty Ore fibreous carbs

I am 5'11" Weigh 13 stone 2lb at the moment Don't seem to have put on much fat since I started a year ago The reason I ended up at this amount of cals is first at 3000 I put on a little weight and size, then it stopped ( along with my progress in the gym) So I upped by 500 same happened again about 3 months ago so I upped again hope this makes sense. I always have classed my self as being hard to put on weight as I used to eat everything in sight and only weigh 11 stone! Have a very physical job and work 12 hour days on most occasions so maybe it's just that I burn a lot of cals during the day

Agree with what everyone is saying. Lots of good things in there but definitely add more veges. If you wanna clean up and refine, get rid of the bars or have them occasionally only - unless they're 100% natural, they're full of crap - soy etc. Real food is always better for staying healthy, having energy to train hard etc. Bars are really good only for taste and if you want to raise your estrogen levels. I know they're convenient but you could cook some snacks in bulk and freeze e.g. healthy oat and fruit muffins. Try these http://katmillar.com/recipes/low-fat-choco-berry-muffins/ Swap your bread/bars with sweet potato, oats or brown rice - one ingredient. Plus eat more greens!! Your body needs lots of good nutrition with how physical you are! All the best :)
