Monday: Chest/Bi's

Incline db bench
Flat db bench
flyes
EZ bar curls
Preacher curls
Hammer curls

Tuesday: Shoulders/Traps

Shoulder press
Front lateral raise
Bent over raise
Upright row
Shrugs

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Back/Triceps

Deadlift
Pullups
Bent over row
Suspended dips
Skullcrushers
Overhead tricep cable extension

Friday: Legs

Leg press
Leg curls
Stiff leg deadlift
Leg extensions
Standing calf raise


I'll also throw in some wrist curls and ab work but thats not too important.
Is this ok?
Reps for replies, though my rep power is weak

    lower back may take a bit of a hit doing deads on the thursday followed by stiff leg deads on the friday...
    maybe switch it around a bit, so somehtin like

    chest/ bis
    legs
    off
    shoulders/traps
    back/ tris,  or

    back
    chest
    off
    legs and bis
    shoulders and tris

    wat kind of rep/ set range are u goin for?

      Thanks for replying.
      I normally aim for 3x10 on most lifts and do increase it until i can do 3x12, then i up the weight and go back to 3x10, ive noticed good strength progress by doing this.

      For deads i do 4x8 though.
