i have started hardcore training again and have not taken any gear for 3 years, il feel now i need a boost in the gym and was thinking of taking some HGH. I dont particulary want to be taking loads of other bits and i thought HGH is slightly cleaner way of enhancement.What would you advise as a course and what to go with it?

4 or 5IU per day would be the average beginner dose. Typically run for 3 months at least, usually much longer.

If you've used gear previously, I think you'll be quite disappointed with what GH will offer.

Hi im just about to start on gh, i got some sterile water to mix but just read on another forum you can only use BAC water or it destroys it.

Not much point at that dose, unless you want better skin and minimal fat loss at a price!
Would be best to run it with Slin and use it PWO injected bi-laterally.

Insulin isn't to be messed about with and will kill you if not used properly.

Yes sorry what I meant was normally do people start low say 5iu a day and work up to 10 or do u guys start high and stay high.

It would be best to start low (around 2/3iu to be safe) and work your way up. Just make sure you know the protocols etc incase you go hypo

Just a quick one... is it safe to use GH alongside T5's?

If so then could you recommend when I should be taking them? Ive been told to take the GH upon waking in the morning? Should I take the T5's then too or perhaps wait until around lunch time?
