is it healthy? Is the carbs low GI? What about the fats? I take a little bit of it with pre-work out meal, kinda gives good energy!

Low GI. Yes it is healthy in general. As for fats, depends which brand you buy and which oil they have put in it. Why not try making your own, very easy.

NOM NOM NOM....I love it...make my own and keep a bowl in the fridge...i use it in wraps then fill with chicken or tuna and peppers and stuff....slurrrrp.....
