Hurt my arm.
12 February 2012 14:19
( permalink)
I did a light weight full body session the other day and for some reason since the day after i've been having real trouble straightening out my left arm. Got pain in my forearm, around the elbow and lower part of the bicep. If I straighten it out and strectch it whilst massaging it then it's alright for about 10 minutes but then it seems to go tight and painful again. Any ideas what's up with it, what to do and shoudl I train tomorrow or not?

I only started back training this week after an 8 week lay off to try and ease of so my shoulder could heal and i now feel like an old man. Everywhere i feel all tight and my left arm was so tight, there was times it was seizing up and i thought id injured myself again but after a few days of stretching im ok. Al i can say is take it easy and do lots of stretchs and you should be fine.

see a qualified professional mate otherwise you are guessing and could be doping something that might compound the problem

Advice appreciated. Didn't egt to the gym today due to the fact that I've been moving home since Friday. It seems to be a never ending task and a right pain in the ar*e. Arm is feeling much better today though so I think the extra days rest was a good thing. Hoping to get some training done tomorrow though.
