I always get shin splints on a cycle, but forearm splints? this is new

And somehow even more annoying. I avoid the shin splints by biking everywhere, the forearms ache so much I can barely hold a spoon. Taurine never helped much with the shins, but I still have half a jar left so might as well start dropping them. BTW I'm 3 weeks into a 1,4ad cycle 400mg ed

Increase your water intake, 4-5litres excluding shakes, bannnans are worthwhile as well.

I agree with Chrisla. I think your experiencing cramping rather than splints in the forearm. Also try wrist straps for pressing movements to help out.

possibly. It feels more like splints to me though. A cramp doesn't really come on gradually and linger for a s long.
