I have a pain like i've been flicked on the nuts!! pls help!!

hey guys, don't know my anatomy that well to pin point where the pain is, but its like I've had a kick or flick to the balls, the pain that travels up, if ya get me you's all must! just came on me today and sort of stayed all day also, it's doing my ****ing head in, hurts like hell when I stand up too fast, stand totally upright, cough and when I'm going for a pish when it's nearing the end it gets really bad!! any ideas????? or is it docs for me tomorrow lol I've noticed this pain before especially on training days and always put it down to de-hydration or something because it always went away after an hr or 2 plus has never been as sore as today.

it's on my right side by the way if that makes a difference.

Get too the doc. things to look up are maybe Gilmours groin, or hernia. Obviously check for lumps and bumps as well.
This is one area that I have  (unfortunately)  experience in.

I had a infection of some sort in one of my plumbs once and it felt like id took a good swift kick to the knackers but it didnt come and go it just came on and my nad swelled to the size of an orange....
Went to docs and told em, showed em and asked if the pain could be taken away but get the other one up to the same size... she didnt find it quite as funny as i did.
Course of anti biotics and it was ok within a few days.
 
Also ive heard of testicular torsion, that supposed to be really painfull and dangerous but i think that youd be in A&E by now if it was that.
 
Hernia ?

I can't feel no lump though that's why I don't think it's a hernia

Yeah its not likely to be a twist cos you'd be on your back I'd have thought.
I say hernia as it can put pressure on your sperm tubes causing pain.
A infection is probably the most likely thing and don't worry its not always STD related.

fcuking better not be a std related or ill be asking the missus some questions lol it went away there earlier when I took the dogs for a walk but it's back with a vengance at the mo ffs! I've recently had complete overhaul of my diet recently, had a car crash so wasn't training and lived for 6mths off pizza,chinks and **** to a healthy low carb diet, hopefully just something to do with that, but I'll go see the doc tomorrow if it's not away.

balls are fine I think lol just the pain in abdomen is mental mate lol

My mate had a swollen bollock went to A&E and it turned out to be a twist. They said much longer he'd have lost it.

Could be a twist or it could be varicose veins. I suffer from them and they can be a right pain.

I'm in hospital a week today for an op on my plums. I have an epididymal (sp?) cyst on my left plum and while some people have them and have no problems mine hurts like fook. Same as you sometimes just sat there, when on the loo, when on the job, bloody awful.
I am in for the snip at the same time so having a general anasthetic then whip the cyst off and snip me too :0)
Hopefully its nothing mate but best chance to find any lumps is in the bath when your nice and relaxed and the'yre hangin low.....

well went to docs this morning, still in alot of pain, took 2 20mg tamazapam to get to sleep last night fs! she tested urine sample no probs there, then she had a good feel about the nuts (felt like ages lol) any longer could  have hit her on the chin with something! :) she decent looking too, was just thinking to myself..dot cotton,dot cotton,dot cotton lol anyways felt around the stomach area too she pressed hard as fook!, and the only thing she could come up with could be the start of an appendix problem and to take paracetamol for pain! and if got any worse to go hospital for an x-ray! well when I left the docs to walk back home I noticed that there was no more pain wtf! even as I'm writing this now its completly disappeared! what could it have been? seemingly her poking and pressing hard on the area where it was sore has made it go away lol I'm well pleased let me tell ya, but just baffled as to what it could have been? a overlapped muscle or something..even if thats possible. i'm lost lol  

Anxiety may have been making you feel more pain that normal bud.
