I havent got much time.. please help

Hey guys.. I havent trained since last july.. I used to train 5 or 6 days a week..with 8 meals a day 2-3 hours apart. But now I have exams coming up in may and they are really important..so can anyone tell me a decent routine for muscle building, 3 or 4 days a week in the gym and give me some simple muscle building tips as I dont have much time on my hands. My aim is to look good for the summer.. not to cut but to get nice and lean.. please help guys?

Just do a full body routine mate, 2 or 3 days a week. Dozens of threads on here with good FB info in.
