Diet - Great day apart from 6/7 dark choc digestives (they are like heroin!, only you don't have heroin with a glass of milk :-))
Other - Here is my typical cutting diet on a weekday (ideally). It includes 6 cups of coffee and 1.5l of water
8am - Bran flakes with semi-skimmed milk, blueberries, raisins and chopped almonds
11am - 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 pepper, 2 cherry toms, 15g light cheddar, beetroot, snap peas, small tub hummous
2pm - Multi-seed roll, 2 slices homemade gammon, 2 slices pickled gherkin, 5g light cheddar, light mayo
6pm - Bowl homemade bacon and veg soup and 1 slice of toast

9pm - Struggle

I usually breakout the chic biccies here. Need to fill the gap with something healthy but sweet. Thinking a homemade choc flapjack (high protein) or something quark based....
