I think i got gyno

Hi guys, i am currently on my 8th week of cycle on 500mg a week.
since Friday i can feel my nipple really itchy and sore. Also a little puffy.
Should i take nolvadex now - i am access to nolvadex 20mg. How should i take it?

60mg for 1 day then 40mg till signs have gone then take 20mg per day for rest of cycle.
take it you mean 500mg of test?

yes take nolva even 40mg for a few days and then 20mg this should sort it
