Hi guys, not sure if this is the best place to put this but I recall Welshy posting about her radio interview recently. I was asked along to our local BBC Radio studios and they talked to me about bodybuilding and I mentioned the NPA and BNBF. It's in several sections unfortunately broken up by various bits of Duffy, travel reports, weather etc - I think there are 4 or 5 bits in all. The first bit is about channel swimming, sorry about that! She gets onto bodybuilding eventually. Hope you like it and I hope I didn't give any silly answers to her questions!
