Easy enough.

Didn't get the senior lecturing position this friday. But then non of the candidates did! They are changing the position to lecturer and adverstising it for a week only on their website, and invited me to apply for that.

Presentation and inteview seemed to go well. However as above it is obvious there was a high component of administration beyond my experience (and that of the there applicants!)

Solid session. 2nd rep of the top double wasn't good enough but there ya go. Everything else was cool. Block pulls need to be back in regular... simplizz.

KB were very glutetastic and first time doing them as part of a session. Def keep in em to finish of my deadlift training. Great how they hit the hams and glutes with such a light weight. Board shorts and vest here I come :)
