Okay session. A little tired, not sharp enough and trained at chi uni gym were the bench set up is now worse tha before. New pad on which is too wide and now loose

Anyway 152.5x2 was solid, close to a tripple but I'll take it today. Katana work was going well till 200. 190 of 1 board felt nice. Fly up really and just a struggle to time my lockout. However for some reason 200 completly locked up an inch from touching the board. Tried to get it down without loosing form but couldn't. Was pretty spent then and missed badly on the way up and some good spotting and supports meant I kept my good looks and my head on my body

Tried the belt of and working down the boards with 180 but stopped after a scrappy 2 board. Increasing looks like my katana is a great board shirt.. but not much use to me in a meet! Ordering a new fury next week!
Assistance work was minimal. Just one set repped out and job done. Was coaching 2 other guys at uni (inclduing Pat) so spent a bit of time doing that inbetween my work. Good fun though.
Will drop the katana work now and continue with ld old shirt until my new one arrives. Raw narrow grip boards and floor press back in as heavy assistance lifts.
