Hi all I'm 28 been in a wheelchair for 10 yrs t10 para due to a car crash , my best mate was killed I've always been glad for the fact tht I'm alive and rarely think y me , I'm 14 st 10lbs a lot of belly fat about 48 round the belly , was 17st 10lbs when I had my accident , been doing weights some cardio just to keep weight down , im now at a stage where my confidence is low , always find myself trying to pull my stomach in , just wondering if u can offer any advice , I eat about 1400 cals a day if I'm training il increase it a bit
