hi guys n girls
Ive been training for about 18 months now and kept changing my diet to find what got me the best gains and so far its been going well but now i want to cut for the summer and maybe compete if i get ripped enough
current stats
height 5ft 7
weight 81 kilo
body fat percentage 24 (according to the digital weight scales at the gym)
current diet n training plan is as follows
wake up at 5:25
5:45 am : 50mg winstrol
6:00-7:00 am : weight training
7am 100 grams of oats with protein shake (mass fury)
10 am: 150g lean steak mince, pease, carrots, brocoli, red pepper, 80g wholegrain rice, blackened cajun spice seasoning and chilli powder
1-1:30 pm: fat burn training
1:30 pm : 150g lean steak mince, pease, carrots, brocoli, red pepper, 80g wholegrain rice, blackened cajun spice seasoning and chilli powder
3:30 pm : 150g lean steak mince, pease, carrots, brocoli, red pepper, 80g wholegrain rice, blackened cajun spice seasoning and chilli powder
6:30 pm: whatever the wife has cooked for dinner ranges from things like fish with new potatoes and veg, chicken with jacket potatoes n veg, fresh home made curry ie no jars or sauces
6:30-10pm chill out
10pm bed
any advice would be very greatfully recieved
