I'm blowing.........

my own little trumpet!.....TOOOOOOOOT TOOOOOOOOOOOT.......so sue me....lol..tonight at the gym I did 2 little Pbs....one on preacher curls...I did 10kgs....YA DI YA DI YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA......I am good I am good la la la la I am good......lololol...errrm..well, to fess up I only managed a few, but progress hey?...and, and, and,...as Queen sang "don't stop me nooooooooow, I'm having such a good time, I'm having a ball"......I did 20kg (heavy)...on tricep pushdowns.....EEEEEEK....a full set!...and just to be double sad I jogged into the changing rooms where the mirrors are and flexed my triceps at myself doing that smug nodding thing!!!  yipadee yaaaaaaa.....natch...couldn't do it the gym with all those mahoosive blokeys...there may have been much sniggering..lol...
 
I did put this in my trog as instructed, however, I way too much of a saddo to keep it quiet....hahahahaha.....phoaaaaaaarrrrr...I am Rocky Bilboa AND that bloke from the boxing film thing tonight...and have been dancing round in my wabbit slippers ducking and a diving into the kitchen for my hot chocolate!!!!...oh damm it...spoiled the picture now!..lol...gunite.....:)

Thank you so much....and for reading my posts for which I apologise profusely....truly.....lol...I've got htis afternoon off work so darrrn the gym after to do my back workout...I love doing that!...adn errrmmm...welll.. al the other stuff aswell..hahahaha....I love doing seated rows and I can do 65kgs on that now...(showoff show off show off).......i'm also working hard on the pull up ones too but I have to use the assisted knee pad things cos I'm clearly tooooooo heavy to get up there just with my arms...lol....my goal is just to do one at least before I die!...lol.....thanks for your comments...I love you both and want your babies!...lol...errrm...except Scrubby cos your GF may kick my head in...and errrrm...Kels cos you is a girl!....ahem...ok....taime to go I think.....xx

she probley would but that would be after kicking my head in and throwing me out, and with her being ex militery i would not she that she couldnt do it, on the plus side she is now a nurse and has an obligation to help the sick and wonded regardless if she did it or not.
