Good evening everyone
 
I've lurked for a while, and thought it was time I joined properly and introduced myself.
I'm a 147lb lady who has gained 27lbs in the last year and I'm looking to get back in shape. Constant exhaustion and lack of time (i'm a lone parent of 5 young children) has meant that i've just not been able to keep on top of eating well and exercising. In short; I fell off the wagon and havent had the energy to climb back on!
 I need to pay special attention to core strengthening as my back is weak, and I'm looking forward to regaining the Hollywood arms that I had a couple of years ago

      Hi I'm in a wheelchair , my core is weak , I do my core exercise on a Swiss ball , even bouncing on the ball trying to keep ur posture good , also push ups using the ball , legs on the ball lifting ur bottom by pushing ur heels into the ball, uve done the first step by admitting , plenty of water / and good luck
