 9.00 am Breakfast - 6 egg whites and bowl of oats with juice 
 10.30 am snack - Protein shake and apple/banana
  12.00pm Lunch - Tuna Sandwich with wholemeal bread and glass of water
 1.30pm snack - Apple and yogurt
5.00 pm Dinner - 2 Breasts of chicken and brown rice
6.30 Training - Weight Lifting followed by protein shake
 8.00 pm Snack - bowl of protein oats before bed

        rite im no expert but i'd say need more food try having 3 whole eggs and 3 whites with breakfast and whole fruit apple or banana could add a good multivit as well add sum nuts with  your lunch and a bio yogurt get some fast carbs with pwo shake and you need more ov a meal in pwo chicken and veg sweet pot then have summat else before bed casein shake or cottage cheese with walnuts or nut butter
