looking good in nov mate. that is the condition i am going for, for this summer.
 
what sort of diet training was you going for that condition? i am doing 3 day a week full body mixing between 12x3 8x4 5x5 then lots of cardio between.

    wouldn't bother with that question mate, this cnut just looks at barbells and builds muscle. could swear I remember reading he hadn't trained for weeks but just did press ups to keep in shape.

        I was bulking there mate, hence the lack of abs.
         
        Those more recent pics from last night are really bad lighting, as I looked in a different mirror today and thought, "actually you cnut, you don't look that bad!".
         
        Walkie, never done pressups, apart from 1 effort for that little contest LOL.
         
        I've held a base amount of muscle now for about 7-8 years, so even when I back off I only back off so far.  That November pic is when I'm putting a lot of effort in, the January ones is what happens when I slack off/don't train.  My aim for this year is the size and shape of that Nov pic, but lean enough to see 8 pack.

                  Trained regularly this week but something is telling me to back off, I'm really struggling with intense workouts.  Diet is cleaned up too.  I'm weighing myself in the gym every time I go to keep a eye on it.
                   
                  To that end, I will see the competition out with a basic 3x12 routine (so high rep low weights) and just aim to get lean at any cost really.  Come summer I will think about adding more mass from a lean base.
                   
                  It puts my aspirations of doing strongman on hold but my CNS and joints need a rest from years of lifting heavy tbh.

                              Cheers mate, I was about 95kg at 6 foot 1.  I've not lost as much condition/shape as the more recent pics imply, I think they're genuinely sh1te photos.
