Pity about the ignorant comments already made underneath. When will men get it that anyone with very low bodyfat will also have a lean face - where the jaw may stick out.

Great article....I saw that comp and they both looked really awesome.   Have you seen piccies of Flick? who won her class....she looked the business as far as I am concerned...if I could look a tenth like any of these ladies I would consider myself very lucky.....I think they are very inspiring indeed and seeing and meeting these peeps keeps me going with own little quest for a better bod.

We are all different and aspire to different things and looks...I really dunno why people think they have the right to knock BBs, either male or female...the dedication and hard work is admirable in my eyes.

I don't really know why I just went off on one there....lol....soz!

I know , I like a couple of his quotes as well" it's not impossible it just takes longer than you think" and "you can only only paint with the colours you are given" . I like the 2nd one particularly as my "colours " happen to include depression and a sleep disorder. It reminds me to not worry about the size or strenght or fat loss that someone else can achieve but to concentrate on what I can do.

Do you wish me to change my avatar ? or put in my signiture that it's not me ? I wouldn't want anyone to think I was trying to pass the photo off as my physique even though both the photo and physique are exellent 

Oh God no....don't take it off! It's a massive compliment....it was just a rather bizarre moment if that makes sense,,,when you see something that you take as being normal then in a different context.

Have just read you post to Paul and he say he is very flattered and glad that you have found some strength in the words. It's humbling when you suddenly realise that something that you say or do can have such an impact on anothe person - both negatively and positively!!!!

That's settled then , the Avatar stays for good   funny how life's little details can affect you.

I'm flattered that he's flattered. The wife likes the quotes as well as her "colours" include Fibromyalgia which make training damm difficult. 
She is just on the point of getting her 1st book published and uses both quotes in it stating that they come from a British bodybuilder Paul George. It's horror fiction. If your interested we will post you a copy when it's published. I will PM you when we get some copies if you like.

Annoys me when guys look at female athletes and always bring it down to sex or attractiveness. Why should we have to defend our 'femininity'. I suspect it has more to do with guys being insecure in their masculinity.

It annoys me when women generalise about men too!

Why should men have to defend the fact that not all men have issues with females looking 'feminine'?!
