Info/advice please.

What would be most beneficial & why to use for someone trying to build muscle mass or is it irrellevant. Whey Isolate. Whey Concentrate. Whey Isolate/Concentrate Blend. Sorry if this turns out to be a numbnutz question.

its irrelevant, results will be on entire diet - not just one supplement/shake

Whey Isolate is fast acting IE after training. so Whey Concentrate is ya best bet and cheaper. but tell us how you are now fat slim medium build etc
could be worse you could be a tellytubbie 15inch ripped biceps/TRICEPS will always look bigger than 19inch flabby arms

Hi Bill. I thought it might be a daft question but I'm a curious soul. Cheers mate! Hi Booozer. 5'9", approx 150lbs, average build although a bit of timber which is proving stubborn to shift but nothing excessive.

as he said diet is key. 150lb so im guessing you want get rid ov the fat while keepin muscle yea. well protein greens and good fats will help and FIBRE. plus vitamins. keep it simple ur not goin 4 contests guessing. protein is their 2 keep your body from eating your muscles as fuel you cant build muscle and loose fat unless ur on growth hormones. kcals in versus kcal out etc but you can loose fat n keep the muscle you have and look ripped. and protein is the key with a good diet.
could be worse you could be a tellytubbie 15inch ripped biceps/TRICEPS will always look bigger than 19inch flabby arms

If your lacking protein in your diet mate protein shakes will help you reach your protein requirements or eat more portein dense foods. Imo a good guideline is to get around 1g protein per pound of your bodyweight daily. Whether its whey, isolate or a blend of both or more proteins, it wont have a big diff as long as your getting the protein down you mate.

booozer thx bill but im not in it for the biceps. and ive just registered because its been 4 year since i logged on . but feel free to slate because my post count/registered date is newer than your. and you feel better than me thx m8 Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think he was slating you because of your post count; my understanding was that he was slating you because you are spouting broscience and sound like you don't have a clue what you're talking about. Or because you can't seem to string a coherent sentence together. But like I said I could be wrong and don't want to second guess Bicep_Bill.
